Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows!

I have been waiting for Brat to finish the book, for what seemed a long time! Every time I said "Harry Potter" I received a stern look. Anyways, now that he has completed the book, here are a few thoughts on the book (spoilers galore!):

- I missed Hogwarts throughout the book! I am glad that the climax took place at Hogwarts.

- The explanation for Snape's behavior was very well crafted. I wish he had a more valiant death than the once he faced.

- I loved the way Voldermont featured in the book, all throughout in Harry's head.

- Parts of the book were scary, like Harry's escape from the Dursley's, Godric's Hollow and Malfoy Manor. Every time I was at the edge of my seat, wondering how on earth was Harry going to defeat Voldermont.

- Ron's insecurity while wearing the horcrux around his neck, beautiful and very human!

- The choice between Hallows versus Horcuxes and Harry's selection, was very well portrayed and typical of what Harry would choose, given his personality over the past six books.

All and all, a wonderful book! I have never felt so passionate about a story. J.K.Rowling is a brilliant author, in the league of Enid Blyton and P.G.Wodehouse, I say. They always leave you wanting more.

I think Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will make a great movie!

Though Prisoner of Azkaban and the Half Blood prince, will continue to be my personal favorites of the series!

I felt bad for Snape and wondered if he had lost the will to live, because Harry and Hermione were able to overpower the snake...sad :(

Goblet of fire is my favourite, although I liked the deathly hallows too...hmm, have to read the book one more time to decide between the two!
